"I am dissatisfied with State Farm Insurance. First of all, your price on my car insurance went %250 higher than it was when I first started. Yes, I filed a claim, it was not my fault the perpetrator stole my car and ran me over with it...Besides injuries, the PTSD that I had to deal with , calling every Friday to submit my claim talking with different agents, it was very stressful dealing with SF, I was victim of a crime. The perpetrator got a 5-10 year sentence in jail. Secondly, I asked to correct my name, my email and to send me more info about banking services from State Farm to Ashley. The only thing she did was to changed my email... Thirdly, I went in person and talked to Ashley again for a way to lower my bill, and she did was to add me another service STD, for which I keep getting bills for. I cancelled everything with State Farm on Sept 27th 2024. I dont want any business with SF, written communication, calls or anything that comes from your services. And lastly, I am very happy with Progressive now, I had two cars with SF for $678 How's possible that I have 3 vehicles (they know about my claims) with Progressive for less than $400 when I had two with SF? The most annoying thing from SF is that we customer go to their website to make changes online, however we still need to 'wait' for the agent and be in person at the office to get those changes approved. That's moronic, what's the point of having access online? Also, it wont show the new price...ever more annoying and moronic. SF its the only that does that. As my first time using SF services, it was the most frustrating experience, I have had other major insurance services from competitors with more caring and humane approach, and way more user friendly interface on their software. Saying this because I do customer service and tech support myself, SF failed miserably."

I also noticed you qualified for the multiline discount by obtaining a short-term disability, hence why you were able to save more money on your auto insurance. In addition, I apologize the SF app won't let you proceed with making online changes. It is something that is out of my reach but we do have our bilingual team available, even Saturdays, to better assist with any of your insurance needs.
